The less we go out, the more we stay in. This is an obvious fact, but I’ve noticed how the evenings turn quickly from dressing up for a night out with good friends to dressing up for a night in with good friends. Darkness settles early and eventually, three or four or five hours have passed. Not much has happened, but the conversation is steady, the drinks aplenty, and the soundtrack steady, slower, yet never ending.
